Roger Day

ROGER DAY was artist in residence in the digital studio. He is a poet and webbuilder. During his residency he looked at the sites of Smoo Cave and Caenaebienne He developed his own site-specific work and also worked with the young people of Durness and surrounding areas, particularly Farr High School.
He worked with Beverley Carpenter to develop the initial layout of this website and has looked at the history of the area through his work around the clearances. Using cut up poetry and walk through commentaries a range of work has been produced alongside small movie documentaries,
